Notification of acceptance: February 15, 2017

Early Bird Registration: March 23 - May 15, 2017

Regular Registration: May 15 - August 15, 2017 - extended until September 3, 2017

Registration for presenters ends: June 15, 2017 (if your paper has been accepted, please register before this date to secure your presentation slot)

Cancellation / Refund Policy

You conference fee can be refunded as follows:

100% refund for cancellations until June 15, 2017

50% refund for cancellations until July 15, 2017

25% refund for cancellations until August 15, 2017

Please note that cancellations after August 15th can not be refunded at all.
